What are Sakina Cards?

Sakina Cards are a set of 22 emotional regulation cards covering 11 everyday emotions. Each emotion has two cards: one helps your child name the feeling and offers four OT-inspired coping strategies, and the other connects the feeling to one of the Names of Allah, with a short affirmation and guidance for you as the parent on the back.

What ages are they for?

Our cards are designed for toddlers and young children who are learning to navigate big emotions. Younger children enjoy them most when a parent reads along.

How do I use them?

Reach for a card in the moment when a big feeling comes up, or read through them together during calm moments so your child builds the words and tools before they need them.

What's in the Ramadan set?

30 Days of Affirmations for Ramadan is a mini-sized card set with one card for each day of Ramadan, centered on the Names of Allah and your child's daily emotions. It comes with a "Path to Sakina" map your child can color in as they complete each card, and it's small enough to tuck into a Ramadan advent calendar.

What's in the Arbaeen set?

Arbaeen Journey to Sakina is a 40-day card set that helps children connect with the message of Ashura all the way to Arbaeen. It's paired with a "Path to Sakina" Arbaeen map checklist.

Who makes the cards?

Every set is printed, then sorted and packed by hand by our small team.

How fast do orders ship?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your location and the method you choose.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders of $70 or more ship free on our standard shipping options, applied automatically at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship within the United States and internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties or fees charged by the destination country.
